Overview: In 2-days, we will show you the best of Arusha and Lake Manyara national park. You will have a chance to see all kinds of animals such as Black and white colobus monkey, giraffes, zebras, elephants and lions. And if you are lucky even a Tree climbing lions. Our guide will take you off the beaten track and give you the best possible safari experience.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport team, who will assist you with visa processing and luggage. After a refreshing welcome drink, you will meet your driver-guide and transfer to Arusha National Park for an exciting game drive.
After breakfast, we will take you to Arusha National Park, where you will enjoy a game drive. The park is famous for its dense forest and diverse wildlife, including zebras, buffalos, elephants, warthogs, black and white colobus monkeys, various bird species, waterbucks, and gazelles. The park also features stunning landscapes such as the Ngurdoto Crater and Mount Meru, the second-highest mountain in Tanzania with the longest mountain cliff in the world.
You will enjoy lunch boxes at a scenic picnic site inside the park, located near the Ngurdoto Crater. In the afternoon, we will continue with a short game drive before your driver-guide transfers you to Arusha Planet Lodge for relaxation, leisure, and overnight stay. This marks the end of an unforgettable first day in Tanzania.
Wake up early and enjoy breakfast before we transfer you to Lake Manyara National Park. Here, you will embark on a thrilling wildlife game drive and short walking safaris, with picnic lunch boxes provided for your enjoyment.
Lake Manyara National Park is one of the best destinations to visit, renowned for its diverse wildlife, including tree-climbing lions, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, gazelles, and over 500 species of birds. The park also features stunning landscapes, such as natural hot springs and Lake Manyara, a soda lake that is home to thousands of flamingos. The lake serves as a habitat for hippopotamuses, amphibians, fish, and numerous bird species. Be prepared to witness an incredible variety of wildlife in a short time.
After completing the game drive and walking safaris, we will transfer you to Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport for your flight back home or to your next destination. This marks the end of an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania.
