The Serengeti encompasses over 6,000 square miles of vast, unspoiled landscape. Its extraordinary population of resident and migratory animals, constantly striving for survival, makes it a truly remarkable place, often described as "the world as it was in the beginning." Wildlife viewing begins as soon as you enter the park. Search for leopards and lions, while herbivores such as zebras, wildebeests, and elephants appear amidst the woodlands and plains.
After the game drives, we'll drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, we will embark on a full day of game viewing in Serengeti National Park. A hot or picnic lunch will be provided. You will have the entire day to explore this vast park teeming with wildlife, including an early morning game drive.

After breakfast, we will depart the Serengeti with a final en-route game drive and proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Today, we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing with packed lunches.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to an estimated 30,000 animals, is often called "Africa's Eden" and the "Eighth Natural Wonder of the World." A visit to the crater is a major attraction for tourists visiting Tanzania and a definite world-class experience.
Within the crater rim, large herds of zebra and wildebeest graze, while lions often laze in the sun. At dawn, the endangered black rhino returns to the thick cover of the crater forests after grazing on dew-laden grass in the morning mist. Just outside the crater's ridge, the Maasai people herd their cattle and goats across the green pastures of the highland slopes.
After the game drives, we'll drive to the lodge/camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
After breakfast, our tour guide/driver will transfer you to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight home or to your next destination.
If time allows, you may have the opportunity to stop for some shopping along the way.
